After 8 months of barely the tv has sounds but no pictures contact soniq and it took them nearly 3 months to replace the tv. The replacement tv is not the best. Leave it for a week and when you try to turn it on with the remote it won’t turn on and can’t even turn off from the tv so have to physically turn off from the power point.
- Grahams Engineering. Added December 31, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I would give it a minus star if I could. Worse company I've ever dealt with. First TV failed 8 weeks ago, was two and half years old. They sent a refurbished replacement 5 weeks later. Mounted on the wall and the screen fell out. This time they sent a new replacement, I noted the box has been hit top left corning. Unpack TV and yes it has been hit so hard that the top left corner of the screen is pushed back against the back of the TV. Have had to bite the bullet and go buy another TV in the mentime and Soniq won't answer my email so I'll be putting this in the hands of Fair Trading.
- Greecelightningxxx Added December 22, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆First tv returned after 1 week for defective picture quality and replaced by Soniq. Now 3 years later tv needs to be replaced because it changes channels on its own. Never buy this brand again.
- Lisa Brook Added December 20, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I too would give this a negative if l could. Warranty department have not got back to me since March. Tv turns of if connected to the internet after about 5 minutes! Number of emails and nothing. Run do not waste your money.

First one the picture went black returned, second one streaking across the screen . back again .Third one no sound. All checked at factory and definitely faulty.. no quality control. This one has been tested before I received it so hopefully it will last longer than 12 months. Customer service was ok. Bad that people not on the internet can't contact them now.
